I am in the process of developing a new online animated web series and I’m looking to hire an illustrator with strong creative design, specialty in designing characters both from fiction and real people in a funny off balanced manner. Also important is the skills of 3D converting the character into 3D. I’m looking to develop a concept liken to TAC .tv with funny characters
