Mirror Uploaded Files to a BACKUP website

We need a plugin that is able to mirror/sync anything that we upload to our wordpress blog. Our current version of wordpress is 2.9.2 … but we will be updating to wordpress 3.0 soon. (the plugin needs to be compatible with both!) Uploads include pictures (gif,jpg,jpeg,png) and audio (mp3) files.
