First of all visit Youtube.com and play your favorite video, Play any video and look at right sidebar, where you can find description and URL of that video. Under URL bar you can see a bar which is named as EMBED , Now copy this code

Now.. create new post or edit old one. Click at HTML now past code that you copied form youtube.com’s sidebar, add other content publish that post.
