I have a clear idea on how the website is going to be, how it behaves, how it looks, how it works, but sadly i do not know how to build a Wordpress theme by myself. So i need somebody (or any recommendation will do) from Yahoo Answers to help me find the right Wordpress theme designer for the job.

Just need some advice from Front end web people out there. I want to be in a position where I can get a job as a corporate web designer, then maybe go freelance later. But with SO much out there to learn in the world of web design and SO many people doing the same thing I want to make sure I am focusing on the right areas by getting a niche skill and not wasting my time and energy (though I guess any study isn't a waste). What I want to know is.... am I heading in the right direction? Is it worth cracking on with wordpress (is it the way forward?) or is there something I am missing? Here's what I got under my belt so far... XHTML - No problem CSS - pretty good, and getting better. Wordpress - I'm getting much better at creating my own themes and websites in wordpress by hardcoding with php. Pretty good skills with Flash (with AS 2) .Photoshop.Fireworks Can check forms and some basic dhtml using Javascript. Oh - just one more question - If a client doesn't need a blog, is it ok to still use wordpress as a CMS? Thanks guys.

Hi there I am using WordPress on a 000webhost site and if I trigger an invalid link I get 000webhost error rather than the one on my theme, I am familiar with the .htaccess method but what should I redirect to once I have caught the 404 error? Is it possible that you could provide a .htaccess file that will do the job and redirect to the 404 in my theme. I know how to successfully redirect to a page I created but I don't want that. Thanks Kabeer

I currently use WordPress and I'm looking for someone to create a new complex theme for our website. I was wondering how much most people charge or how much it would cost for me to have this done. I mean pretty complex, it would be a big job! Thanks for your help! :)
