1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the CrunchPress website and services ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all terms, do not use our services.

CrunchPress, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our services. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are prohibited.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Plans & Pricing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected during sign-up. Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on the agreed billing cycle.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all plans (60 days for Agency plans).

4. License & Usage

Subject to your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our plugins and themes on the number of sites specified in your plan.

You may not:

  • Distribute, resell, or sublicense our plugins or themes
  • Modify or create derivative works of our software for distribution
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Use our services for illegal activities or in violation of any laws

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the CrunchPress platform are owned by CrunchPress, LLC unless otherwise stated. You may not use our branding without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrunchPress, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our software ends and you must cease all use. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
